Vliv technologie pěstování chmele (Humulus lupulus L.) na kvalitu produktu a využití produktu

The thesis is focused on the technology of hop growing and the quality of the product of hops, i.e., hop cones. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the hop plant in general and varieties produces in the Czech Republic. It also deals with protection against insect and diseases, fertilization of hops and the technology used in cultivation. Finally, the theoretical part deals with the processing of the hop product. In the practical part, the thesis establishes generally valid rules in hop cul-tivation technology. The effect of NanoFYT Si, which contains SiO2 particles, is then tested in a field experiment. This experiment is then evaluated and discussed with previous research on the effect of silicon on field crops.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the biological properties and requirements for the cultivation of selected species of gooseberry suitable for use in human nutrition as leafy vegetables. Plants of the genus Chenopodium contain a large amount of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, as well as a higher content of protein and fiber compared to other leafy vegetables, and therefore gain considerable attention for a wide range of applications.

The bachelor thesis deals with growing and using industrial tomatoes. This issue is described in the chapter of the literary review, in which the technology of growing industrial tomatoes is presented using their knowledge and experience. The work also included the establishment of an experiment with nine varieties of ´Darinka F1´, ´Eskort´, ´Karla´, ´Odeon´, ´Orbit´, ´Proton´, ´Semaking F1´, ´Semarol´ and ´Šejk´, whose fruits were analyzed for nutritional content in a chemical laboratory. Based on the nutritional value of the tested varieties, it was found that the variety ´Darinka F1´, ´Šejk´, ´Proton´, ´Semaking F1´, ´Odeon´ and ´Eskort´ were good results. The worst values were expected by the ´Semarol´ variety. Further comparisons were made between the calculated mean values of nutritional values of the tested varieties and the data reported by Kopec (1998) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The values of the average nutritional values of the tested varieties were closer to the values reported by Kopec (1998) than the USDA.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the cultivated types of short rotation coppice and the mechanisation used for their cultivation. The work describes in detail the species of poplar and willow that are located in the Czech Republic and around the world. The work also briefly mentions the clones of this short rotation coppice that are cultivated exclusively for energetic purposes. The second part describes the way of growing short rotation coppice and the technology used starting with the preparation of the soil for plantations and ending with the liquidation itself. The technical instruments and procedures used in the individual phases of the plantation are closely described. The third part of the work is the attempt (experiment) to build a group of mobile energetic instruments and use them together with the technical instruments on the plantations of the short rotation coppice.
Evaluation of yield and qualitative parameters in hybrid winter rye

The main part of the thesis is evaluation of yield and qualitative parameters of hybrid winter rye. A small plot experiment was made at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (380 m). The trial took place in two years: 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. The effect of sowing (early and late), seed quantity (standard - 2 MKS / ha and reduced - 1 MKS / ha), variety and year were evaluated in three varieties of hybrid rye (Cossani, Performer, Santini). To achieve the most accurate results, all 12 variants were sown in 4 replicates. From the qualitative parameters were determined: Falling number, volume weight, content of N substances. Concerning the yield, use of a standard seed rate (2 MKS / ha) was more stable, with an average yield increase of 0.64 t / ha. The most profitable was the Performer variety, which stood out with a consistently high falling number.

Purpose of final thesis deals to build forest nurseries on the territory of the forest administration Luhačovice, state company Lesy České republiky. The thesis describes the local conditions, the establishment of forest nurseries, but also information on forest management and the various technologies of cultivation of planting material. It is a complete study of that project are also evaluated in economic, biological and forestry. The goal is to create a forest nursery, which would produce planting stock for forest management Luhačovice.
Crop management of lupins and soya under conditions of the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to deal with the issue of the technology of cultivation of lupine and soya. Firstly, it describes morphological and biological properties, analyzes the selection of suitable varieties, basic and pre-soil preparation of soil and sowing. It also summarizes cultivation technology from soil preparation to harvest and seed treatment. Part of the thesis is also an analysis of the possible application of both plant species on the Czech market, both for human consumption and for livestock feeding. Also, the economy of cultivation is mentioned.
Changes in crop management of winter rye with respect to used cultivar type

This bachelor thesis deals with crop management of winter rye with regard to used variety. Firstly there is description and characteristic of the plant including forming the crop yield. Breeding of population and hybrid varieties of winter rye and current varieties used in Czech Republic and EU are introduced. Purchase requirements of quality of the grain are essential part of the thesis. The main theme of the thesis is crop management of winter rye, summarizing informations of growing population varieties with differences of growing hybrid varieties. Also practical experiences of concrete farmers with growing hybrid varieties of winter rye are included.

This thesis deals with growing hops technology, its use, the use of elicitation and herbal products for agricultural crops. The general part of the thesis deals with the history of hops, the morphology of the hop plant, hop growing technology, nutrition and fertilization, pest and disease control, harvesting and chemical composition of hops. The Czech Republic is traditionally one of the world's largest hop producers. Czech hops is world renowned for its quality, given by the absolutely predominant fine aromatic sort Žatecký poloraný červeňák. (ŽPC). Furthermore, this part provides information about the impact of elicitation on agricultural crops, the effect of herbal preparations and the use of hops. The last part summarizes the basic information about the common hops.
Možnosti využití druhu Brassica napus var. napobrassica L.

Brassica napus var. napobrassica L. species is nowadays considered a lesser-known vegetable, although it has been broadly grown even in the area of Czech Republic. In North America, northern Europe, New Zealand and some other countries it has maintained its position in culinary until today. Undeniable benefits of rutabaga are its low cultivation demands, relatively short growing season and frost hardiness. These properties allow its cultivation even in borderline areas and provide fresh vegetable harvest until late autumn. Another benefit is vitamin and mineral content in rutabaga. Aim of the degustation was to acquaint people with this species and as the results show, they do have an interest in rutabaga. The taste of rutabaga was very highly rated and evaluators shown demand for more information. As mentioned before, rutabaga was grown in this country in the past. Its repeated use and growing would be possible only if market conditions were met and if this vegetable was brought to people's attention.
